The house is situated in a village in Dimitrovgrad municipality, Haskovo district. The settlement lies 15 km from Dimitrovgrad and 30 km from Stara Zagora.
The house comprises of two floors and has total living area of 90 sq m. The first floor consists of a corridor and one room (20 sq m). The second floor comprises with a bathroom with WC, kitchen and 3 rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances.
The property is built on a plot with size 1000 sq m. In the yard there is a well and few additional farm buildings.
The house is situated in the center of the village across the town hall. In close vicinity, there are grocery stores. There is regular bus transport to Stara Zagora twice a day.
