Two-storey, brick, solid house with a built-up area of 75 sq m and a yard of 1000 sq m. The building has the following distribution inside:
First floor - two separate bedrooms and a kitchen with access to a barbecue area. The barbeque area offers amazing mountain views in every direction. On the same floor, there is also a corridor and another small room, which will be used as a bathroom and a toilet.
Second floor - two bedrooms with access to a large terrace with amazing views. The second floor has a separate entrance.
