The house is located in the eastern part of the town of Pavlikeni. It is not far from the Hospital and two large supermarkets. The place is quiet with good neighbors. The re is street lighting, sewer, asphalted roads with sidewalks.
The property consists of four adjacent buildings built at different times. The first building has two bedrooms, a large basement and a bathroom. This one was built before 1950. The second building comprises of a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom - year 1960. The other structure has a kitchen and a dining room - 1970. The house also has a large garage with another room next to it - 1985.
In addition, in the yard there are three farm buildings used for farm animals.
