Family Hotel In Nessebar

This lovely hotel is in the new part of Nessebar,one of the UNESCO-cities. In modern times, Nesebar is a major tourist attraction in what has become a popular area with several large resorts—the largest, Sunny Beach, is situated immediately to the north of Nesebar.

The hotel is 100 meters away from the beach and 30 meters away from the main

street of the town.

It is a 6- floor new building,a mixture of comfort and good taste.

There are 4 double(2 beds) and 10 triple(3 beds) rooms.

Each of them has internet connection, a cable tv, a mini-bar,an A/C,a separate

bathroom and wc.

All of the triple rooms have terraces,and the large terraces of the

last 6th floor reveal a wonderful view of the sea,Nesebar,Sunny beach,St.Vlas and Elenite.

There is also a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.

The hotel was build in 2006. And is being sold with the whole furniture.

 

It could be sold also in separate appartments(there are different size

appartments- from 43 mq to 103 mq).

The price for appartments sale is 1400 euro for sq m.
