Development plot of land for sale on the highway near Svilengrad

This is another investment property for sale located in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria, right near the Turkish border. It is a very large piece of land situated in close vicinity to the town of Svilengrad. It is 67 km away from the town of Haskovo, 150 km from the town of Plovdiv and 300 km away from the capital Sofia.
The parcel comprises total area of 7500 sq m. It has agricultural status and in order to start any construction works first you will have to change it in to regulation. The land is divided on three individual plots but it is for sale as one whole. The main advantage of this plot is that it faces the main A80 highway which leads to Turkey. It is on one of the main road arteries leading out of the country with busy traffic every day. This means the land would become perfect for building a gas station, car shop, road motel or any other profitable commercial property. The parcel also has face to a dirt road and in proximity there is another second class road which connects with the highway. A rail road and also the Maritsa River are passing nearby.
