Fully renovated Old Bulgarian house located in Stara Planina Mountain. The property is situated in a beautiful village at about 11 km from the nearest large town (Pravets).
The area is very calm and remote. There are neighbors, but the closest are 500 m away. The house has two floors, but only the second is fully renovated and finished. It consists of one room with two large beds, table and shelves, a lounge, a dining room with stove, washer and fridge and a separate bathroom with toilet and a boiler. There is also a separate small room with a double bed on two levels.
The property is supplied with water from its own source - a well with 50 m depth. There is a sewerage system with self-draining septic tank.
The yard is slopped, with few flat spaces. The whole property is south facing. In the yard, there is a large barn, which was also repaired.
The access is via an asphalt road. The area is a natural reserve.
