We would like to present to you this amazing house, situated about 33 km from Sofia.
It is a beautiful village in a hilly region, perfect for nature lovers. The air is clean and the nature – beautiful. The house was built in the year of 1990. It is brick construction, with concrete slabs between the floors. There are two floors with the following distribution:
- First floor - living room, hallway, corridor and bathroom with WC, internal stairs to the second floor.
- Second floor - consisting of three bedrooms.
At the back of the house, there is another extension, which is newer. It has an area of 40 sq m.
The size of the land is 680 sq m. It is in regulation, fenced and with a steep slope. There is electricity and water from the central water supply and year-round access to the property.
