We bring to your attention this lovely house located in a villa zone of the town of Apriltsi. The property offers wonderful views of Botev Peak and the mountain ridge of Stara Planina.
The house is set in an absolutely quiet place, surrounded by other villas and hotels, the pools of which can be used. There are two floors in total:
The first floor is suitable for living. It consists of two bedrooms and a living room with built-in fireplace with air ducts, kitchen, hallway, bathroom / toilet. There is a huge (37 square meters) terrace, which is accessed from the living room and stairs from the garden.
An internal staircase leads to the ground floor, which is not finished, consisting of a room, a large corridor with a lounge, a spacious room suitable for a tavern. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
In the yard there is a large walnut tree, which casts a nice shade in the afternoon. The house has water, electricity and sewer.
