The complex is located 50 km from Varna airport, in a quiet and peaceful location between the towns of Obzor and Byala, 150 meters from the Black Sea.
Each apartment in the complex has breathtaking views of the sea. The mountains and the large green fields behind the complex create a feeling for space and tranquility. The complex is located in close proximity to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Black Sea coast, whose width is 60 meters.
The complex consists of six identical five-story buildings. Each includes 11-13 spacious apartments, ten of which have direct views of the sea and only 1 or 3 have side view, as well as views of the fields and mountains. All 13 apartments have terraces with breathtaking views of the Black Sea.
The complex has all the things you can only dream when on vacation: spacious, landscaped grounds, modern engineering systems, security, close proximity secluded beaches, cafes, parking, and swimming pools.
At 700 meters from the complex there are large hotels with the entire necessary infrastructure for recreation (shops, restaurants, fitness centers, SPA salons), and a fully equipped spacious beaches, access to which is open to the public in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation.
The complex is fully completed and put into operation in June 2011.
