Rebuilding a rural house in Bulgaria

Our customer wanted to turn his old ruined house into a nice new home. He provided a 3D image that he found on the internet and stated that he wants to have this house. Our engineers and builders made all necessary calculations on steal reinforcement, concrete columns, sizes and room allocation in order to make sure that the house will be structurally sound and will comply with all EU rules and regulations.

It took 6 months to have this house finished to the stage shown on the pictures.

The house has 2 floors and has a total built up area of 205 sq.m. On the ground level there is a nice large veranda, a big glass door is leading to the kitchen area with living room, a corridor, a toilet, separate bathroom and a storage. The main entrance is on the back of the house.

A large internal staircase is leading to the second floor which has 3 bedrooms, a terrace and a bathroom.

The property has a a large garden with area 2200 sq.m. which provides many opportunities for future improvements on the property.
