Israel Invested Over $1 Billion In Bulgaria

The Israeli investments in Bulgaria exceed $1 billion, informed the Israeli Ambassador to Bulgaria Noah gal Gendler on Tuesday, May 20 while visiting the city of Shumen (North - Eastern Bulgaria).

He pointed out that the Israeli businessmen are content and find no obstacles to invest in the country.

The problem they see is the shortage of qualified work hand. The Ambassador explained that big part of the Israeli companies were registered in London, Poland, the Czech Republic and that's why the exact amount of the money cannot be calculated.

He gave as an example the registered in Poland Israeli company, which constructs three malls in the country, each one on the amount of 40 million EUR.

The stock exchange between the two countries goes up to $150 million. The numbers are not so impressive, believes the Ambassador.
