Colliers International Poland To Become Partnership

Colliers International Poland has changed its company structure to a partnership, owned by twelve partners, the company said in a statement. The change took place in the fourth quarter of 2007 and marks the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s eleven-year history in Poland, the company said.

Among the Colliers International Poland partners are Hadley Dean (Managing Partner), Ewa Czarnecka (Valuation Department), Monika Rajska-Wolińska (Property Management Department), Marek Ciunowicz, Marcin Kania, Paweł Skałba and Robert Karniewski (Office Agency), Maciej Chmielewski (Industrial Department), Peter Love (Asset & Property Management), John Banka and Neil Gregory-Eaves (Investment Advisory Group) and Alex Kloszewski (Hospitality Department).

All partners are highly-qualified experts, who have been connected with Colliers International Poland since it stepped on the local market. “We act based on four important values crucial in managing our business and the most important one is partnership. I am proud that all partners accepted our invitation to further develop Colliers in Poland,” Colliers International Poland managing partner Hadley Dean said.

The introduction of the partnership model is also a moment for setting new goals for the company, Colliers said. “Currently we have over 100 staff, but we plan to grow to 150 by the end of 2008. Today we have an office in Warsaw. Two more offices in Cracow and Wrocław are going to be opened in the first half of 2008. In the coming years we plan to open two more offices in Gdańsk and Poznań that will strengthen our local operations,” Dean added.

“Colliers’ understanding of partnership means that you treat both your clients and your employees as your business partners. Changing the company’s structure is another meaningful step towards becoming the best commercial real estate consultancy in Poland.”
