British Interest Towards Bulgarias Property Market

British company Future Asset Management began advertising Bulgaria as a profitable property investment destination.

Over the past few years Bulgaria has developed as an attractive tourist destination for summer, mountain and specialised tourism, icwales.co.uk reported.

David Wingar, founder of Future Asset Management, said that the country's progress towards EU accession and euro zone entry added to its the economic stability.

According to statistics presented by Wingar, an increasing number of British showed interest in purchasing property abroad. Nearly 750 000 people were expected to acquire a second home by 2016.

As market experienced considerable shifts, investors were searching for fresh property destinations, icwales.co.uk reported.

Wingar said that he had made thorough research of the Bulgarian property market and was satisfied with its 'stability and suitability'. Future Asset Management planned investing in two coastal resorts and in Bansko winter resort.
