Aksakovo. Black Sea municipalities are prepared for the summer tourist season, Atanas Stoilov, chairman of the managing board of Association of Bulgarian Black Sea Municipalities and mayor of the seaside municipality of Aksakovo, said in an interview with FOCUS News Agency. He says that according to the first signs fewer tourists will spend their holidays here."So far the municipalities cannot say that they are not prepared or that there is an absolute collapse. My counterparts and I share the viewpoint that this is happening all over the world. Our budgets have dropped because there are no sales and purchases of real property, no construction projects and no construction permits, which resulted in more funds in the municipalities. The municipal budgets will not be fulfilled this year and then municipalities' investment programs will drop. The only thing we can do is to streamline administrative services," he said.
