In the first half of the year the prices of homes have not reported significant change.
In most areas of the capital and major cities of the country, the change in the price per square meter was from -2% to +2%. Analysts predict that by the end of the year they will move within -5% to +2%.
Over the next six months, secondary housing market will be leading.
Analysts also state that the interest in purchase of apartments for rent, mostly of Bulgarians who live abroad, is expected to be maintained by the end of 2013.
In first years after the beginning of the crisis "the price scissors" expectations between sellers and buyers were significant. Over time has reduced and now is below 10%. Proof of this is that the period for making decision to purchase has shortened.
The activity about the market of agricultural land will continue. The trend of the use of funds from sale of agricultural property in buying residential property will remain. This process is expected to be among the main priorities of the market in the next months.
