The large apartments in Sofia more expensive per unit area

The apartments with two bedrooms lead ranking for price per square meter in Sofia, according to market research.

Last year the average price for two-bedroom apartment in the capital was 750 EUR/sq.m.

The deals with two-bedroom apartments in the capital were concluded at an average price of 675 EUR/sq.m and for studios it was 640 EUR/sq.m.

The largest volume of deals over the last year -85% have been for two and three bedroom homes, as the other 15% are shared equally between the largest and smallest apartments.

The average price of a studio in 2013 has been 26 460 EUR, 42 760 EUR for a one bedroom, 67 240 EUR for two-bedrooms and 102 030 EUR for a multi-room suite.
