The government approved the sale of five military properties

The government gave a permission to Ministry of defense and the Bulgarian army to sale five military real estates in Bulgaria, for which the obligation for administration management was dropped. This was announced by the pressroom of the ministry.

The properties in the list are :

1. In the area of the town of Karnobat - land area of 162 793 sq.m. with existing constructions on site, the tax estimation value of the property is 725 000 levs;

2.In the area of the town of Vratsa, land area of 36 878 sq.m. with 1 building on site, the tax estimation value of the property is 583 000 levs

3. In the area of the town of Lovech, land area of 62 971 sq.m. with 46 buildings and 16 facilities on site, the tax estimation value of the property is 4.9 million levs;

4. In the area of the town of Pleven with land area of 21 818 sq.m. with 11 buildings and 4 steal sheds on site, the tax estimation value of the property is 2.1 million levs;

5. In the area of the town of Chirpan, land with area of 190 125 sq.m., with 12 buildings and 1 facility on site, the tax estimation value of the property is 727 000 levs;

The properties will be sold in an auction according to the law for selling government properties. The starting price will be formed by addition 10% on top of the tax estimation value of each property.
