Sofia in the top 10 for office space in Europe

Sofia ranks equally with leading European capitals in terms of office space under development, which will enter the market over the next two years, according to a new report.

 According to a survey by Colliers International in the capital market measures of growth with those in Brussels, Paris and St. Petersburg in respect of offices under construction.

In all these cities, the volume of offices was constructed between 600 and 700 000 m

According to the study Moscow leads to new offices in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Currently, the total volume that is developing in the Russian capital is 2.8 million sq.m.

Dubai ranks second in the region with 2.6 million sq m, although the market there is saturated and the percentage of vacant office space is 40%. Recently by CB Richard Ellis Group predicted that some of the offices in the emirate will never be rented.

Abu Dhabi and Riyadh rank third and fourth ranked overall by 1.2 million square meters and a one million square meters offices that are built.

London was ranked 11 th with a total volume of 350 thousand square meters of offices that are under construction in the City and West End. Thereabouts is the volume in Amsterdam, Zurich, Madrid and Hamburg.

The lowest volume was registered on the market in Glasgow - 2800 m2

According to Forton International by the end of the first quarter of next year in the Bulgarian capital is expected to enter service of new 200 thousand square meters of office space
