Secure Residential Complexes In Bulgaria Gain Popularity
Gated residential complexes are becoming ever more popular with investors in Bulgaria.
Interest in such complexes is equally high at resorts and in urban areas in south-eastern Bulgaria, Pari daily reported.
The complexes were popular because they were closed off and because of the quality of life that they offered, the report said.
Gated holiday complexes are the most popular. Investors close off the complexes and provide security. Because of the lifestyle associated with them, gated complexes are selling faster than their similarly-priced conventional equivalents.
Prices of the complexes vary between 850 and 1500 euro a sq m.
Condominiums, which are combinations of four or five-star hotels and apartment buildings, offer high standards. The apartments are being sold to individuals or investment funds. They benefit from services offered by the hotel part of the complex.
