Russians Show Increasing Interest In Bulgarias Property Sector

Domexpo 2007 exhibition ended in Moscow on February 25.

Nearly 40 Bulgarian companies took part in the real estate expo. A total of 270 participants took part in the forum.

Queues of visitors formed because high number of people wanted to examine and select a property in Bulgaria, Bulgarian National Radio reported.

Traditional destinations like Spain and Cyprus turned out to be less popular than Bulgaria at Domexpo 2007, the report said.

Domexpo takes place for the 16th time. Because of the huge interest the expo was organised in two halls this year.

Representatives of the Bulgarian consulate in Moscow said that increasing number of Russians was interested in obtaining a visa to go to Bulgaria and select property in the country.
