New homes only on the Bulgarian black sea coast

The number of new homes and buildings during the second trimester of 2011 is 742. Compared with the second trimester of 2010 the number is increased with 13.1%. This is indicated by the date from the National Statistics Institute. The number of the new separate homes in the new buildings is with 26.6% less compared with 2010, their number is 3497.

 

The biggest number of new residential buildings were built in the Bourgas district - 121 buildings with 1122 homes and Varna with 100 new buildings and 573 new homes. Stara Zagora is on third place with 74 buildings and 313 apartments. The construction boom in the capital has cooled down with its 36 new buildings and 260 homes during the second trimester.

 

The total usable area of the newly built homes during the second trimester of 2011 is 282 000 sq.m. or with 17.2% less compared with the second trimester of 2010. The living area is also decreased ith 13.8% to 188 500 square meters.

 

The average usable area of a new built home though is increased from 71.9 square meters during the second trimester of 2010 to 80.6 square meters during the second trimester of 2011.
