Industry Watch: Housing in Sofia again expensive

Although national house prices still falling, during the period from July to September in Sofia for the first time in two years there has been a rise in residential property - more than 2% over the second quarter of 2010

This is stated in the new report "Personal assets in Bulgaria: Financial wealth and the housing market," the research company Industry Watch.

True is forecast that in the second half of 2010 will see some movement in the housing market, reported from there.

Economists say the company's upward trend in house prices in the capital will likely continue at a moderate pace in the coming quarters.
