This is a lovely cosy house situated in a picturesque village in the valley of the river Tundzha only 12 km from the town of Elhovo. The house is two storey with 180 sq m living area and eight rooms. It is currently inhabited and doesn’t need any repairs. The garden spreads over 1500 sq m. It is well maintained planted with fruit trees and vines; the well in the garden is functional and could be used for irrigation. Outside the house attached to it there is an additional farm structure.
