It is our pleasure to offer you a luxury villa complex located in the villa zone of Kosharitza, in the picturesque spot of Cholakova cheshma. If you prefer a quieter holiday, but don't fancy roughing it in the middle of nowhere, and wish to own an unique vacation property, the perfect place for you is the tranquil area of Kosharitsa, which is only a few minutes driving from Sunny Beach.
Kosharitsa is situated at the foot of the Eastern Balkan Mountain Range and is surrounded by a forest, which makes it a preferred destination for the Bulgarian elite circles. The most popular spot at the moment is Cholakova cheshma located only 3.5 km from the golden sandy Black sea beach, about 2 km far from new golf course still in construction process and 30 km from the nearest international Bourgas airport.
The complex consists of 6 two-storey villas, each with size 86.46 sq m.
The first floor has an entrance, a spacious living room with a dining room and a kitchenette box and a toilet, also it has a staircase to the second level, which has a little corridor, a bathroom with a toilet, and two bedrooms with terraces.
The villas will be luxury finished and constructed of reinforced iron-concrete and brick masonry plus fully heat and water isolated.
The villas are amphitheatrically situated which fits the terrain and thus each property has a gorgeous view toward the whole Sunny Beach sea resort and the sea.
DEGREE OF COMPLETION OF THE COMPLEX AT TRANSFER:
- Outside PVC joinery with glass- package;
- MDF inner doors;
- Walls and ceilings - gypsum ground coat and latex painting;
- Floors terraces and kitchenette - terra-cotta, living room and bedrooms - laminated parquet;
- Bathrooms - electric boiler, terra-cotta, faience, wash-basin, lavatory pan "monoblock", mixture batteries fir shower and wash-basin, ventilator of the air-vent;
- Kitchenette: terminals for hot and cold water;
- Water supply and plumbing: PVC and poyropylene;
- Electric wiring: installed switches, outlets and sockets with bulbs;
- Cable: TV cable for each living room and bedroom, cable for telephone;
- Infrastructure: provided power supply; water supply, sewerage, external pool, parking lot, 24 hour security, barbecue, planting and utilities as per design;
- Air. conditioning: independent air condition split - installations /hot - cold/ for living room;
IN CASE OF ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT, AT WISH OF THE CUSTOMER, ARE:
- Kitchen equipment and furniture - sinks, mixture batteries, cupboards, absorbents, cookers, refrigerators, etc.;
- Furnishing of kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms;
- Cable TV contract.
NOTE: In case of purchase of residence, an annual fee is agreed for subscription servicing of general parts of the complex, swimming pool.
PAYMENT PLAN:
- 1 000 Euros - reservation for 20 days fee (non - refundable).
- 40 % - (- reservation fee) - preliminary contract.
- 35% - upon completion of the foundation of the building
- 25% - on signing the Notary deed.
