This is a holiday hotel located on the seaside about 2 km far from the center of Balchik city. The building is three storey and spreads over 304 sq m living area. On the first floor there is a big tavern, one bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen and utility room. The second floor includes five bedrooms, living room, terrace, bathroom/WC and storage. The upper floor offers four more bedrooms, /one of them with fire place/, bathroom/WC and big terrace. The floorings on this storage are wooden made, and the panelling is also wooden. The first floor and part of the second one have terracotta flooring. The facing of the first floor is marble and the second floor is rendered and painted.
