The house is situated in a well organized quiet village at some 15 km from the city of Stara Zagora. The building is new. It is supplied with water and electricity. The house has two floors. On the first one there is a long corridor with two bedrooms on the left side and a bathroom and a toilet on the right. At the end of the corridor there is a room made for a kitchen. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
The house needs only plastering and rendering to turn into a perfect place for rest and entertainment for you and your friends. The house has a garage and a massive building on the back which can be used for many different purposes. The garden of the house is 1000 sq.m. Just in front of the house there is a big walnut three. The neighborhood of the house is calm and quiet.
