Our next offer is about an old two storey house – a cultural and historical monument. It is situated in the beautiful town of Rousse which is on the river Danube (Dunav) coast. The edifice is large. It has high ceilings; spacious corridor and solid inner staircase. There are two entrances – one from the street and one from the back side, and a huge cellar under the house.
This edifice needs full renovation because it has not been maintained for a long time. As you can see at the pictures it is seedy. The roof has fallen down. You could invest in rebuilding this house or in building a new one even large. The built-up area is 220 sq.m. and you have also 284 sq.m. used as a yard. You can be sure you will like the city as it has lots of attracting places to charm you.
Russe is one of the most beautiful in Bulgaria. It has long history and wonderful location on the south cost of the river Dunav. The river Cherny Lom flows in the district and picturesque landscapes reveal in its valley. The area is wonderful for fishing and hunting.
Furthermore it is not so far from the seaside – about 200 km to the city of Varna and the International Airport.
