We offer to you two houses in one estate situated in a village near the town of Elhovo. The larger one is in good condition with stone slates. It has two floors with a terrace and six rooms – three on each floor.
A wide outer staircase leads to the second floor. Electricity and running water are available. The house has nоt been recently maintained and needs some refreshment to turn into a pleasant cottage.
The small house disposed next to the large one is in bad condition. Our local workers could help you to do all necessary repairs. It is suitable for a visitor’s villa or another family could live there.
The huge yard of 2700 sq.m. is an advantage of the estate. The large space allows other additional buildings to be built. A fruit garden is also possible as there are some fig-trees, other fruit trees and a trellis-vine in the yard.
The property is situated in a village only 8 kilometers away from Elhovo on the road to Burgas. The high road to Turkey passes nearby. The location of the estate gives you good opportunities for hiking and fishing. In the summer it will take you less than an hour to reach the Black Sea.
