Three houses in Bulgarian rural style

Three family houses are situated just a few kilometers far from the seaside and the International Airport of Burgas. The properties are currently building on a common big plot of 1320 sq m; however each house will have a private garden of 555 sq m. All houses are building in traditional Bulgarian style together with modern facilities according to the highest standards. Each building comprises 187 sq m living area.

  • The first floor includes an open area comprising a living room, kitchenette and dining room on two levels; one bedroom, bathroom/WC, sanitary premises; also hall connected with a spacious terrace. / A fireplace is provided in the living room/
  • Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms and storage. One of the bedrooms has a terrace overlooking the garden.

The houses will be finished with external insulation; laminate and terracotta flooring. Cable TV and digital internet are available upon request. Each of the two houses will be accessible through a drive.

The village where the properties lie is nice and quiet only a few minutes driving to the city of Burgas. Because of its location near the sea the settlement is developing turning into a holiday village with good opportunities for relaxation, fishing, boating, etc.

Buying a house there seems to be a profitable investment having in mind that the house could be easily rent out for the summer season.
