The house we suggest you needs some repairs to become fit to live in as it hasn’t been maintained for some time. We recommend you using our local experienced workers for all necessary changes that should be done. The house is two storey. Five rooms and a kitchen are disposed on 80 sq m living area. Running water and electricity are available but a bathroom and a toilet should be built. The yard is large enough for cultivating plants or building some additional structures. There is a well in the garden – a source of free water!!!
