We offer to you a small one storey house situated in a beautiful village only 20 km from the town of Elhovo. The rural countryside of the town has recently become very popular and attractive for investments. It is close to the seaside, the International Airport in Burgas and the Turkish border (about 50 km south of the village). There are very good conditions for rest and the nature is well preserved. The area is rich in rivers and the larger one Tundzha is excellent for fishing and boating. The valley of the river is a picturesque place where you could go on picnic.
The property we offer to you adjoins two asphalt streets and it will be easy if you want to build a garage. The house provides 75 sq.m living area. There are three rooms connected with a corridor. Running water and electricity are available but the toilet is outside and needs relocation. Some slight refreshment of the house is enough to become fit to live in.
