This is an old rural house situated in the area of Turgoviste about 45 km far from the district center. The building is two storey with six rooms (three rooms on each floor). The house is built with stone foundations and trimmer joists which is typical type of construction for rural houses in that area. Water and electricity are available and there is a toilet and bathroom outside.

The village where the property lies is small and quiet. It lies in good fishing and hunting area close to the main road to Sofia and Varna.
