It is small and cozy village, where we found especially for you a regulated plot located in the center of the settlement. The size is 550 sq. m. which is quite big to be build a house and still to have place for a garage and nice garden. There is already supplied water electricity and sewage. The plot facing on asphalt road, and the river passing through the village is on about 150 m. There is a shop and cafes in the village as well. During the winter, the weather is very soft and even the snow here is like in a fairytale. The Summer season is not very hot, because of the dense forest and the river. It is perfect place to have holyday house or to stay permanently to live.
