The property consists of an old rural house providing 75 sq.m and a huge garden of 3300 sq.m. It is situated in a small village in Turgoviste area that benefits from its proximity of the main road leading to the sea and the city of Varna. The area is favourable for fishing and hunting. Boating is also possible in the lake of Yastrebino not far from the village.
