This two-storey house is situated 60 km away from the Black sea coast in a pretty village in the foot of the Strandzha mountain! The village is not big but is very well organized and is attractive because of its location. The nature around charms every visitor with the perfect harmony of valleys and hills!
The house we offer you is in good condition and provides 150 sq.m. of living area, distributed between 6 rooms –(3 on each floor) The garden which goes with the house is 1000 sq.m.
The property is supplied with running water and electricity. The toilet is outside the house but it can be easily relocated as there is enough space into the house.
The house needs plastering from outside and some refreshments and will become your favourite place for vacations. The area is extremely suitable for fishing and hunting! The roads to the village are perfect so it takes only 40 minutes to reach the azure beaches of the Bulgarian black sea coast!
