We would like to present a nice 2-storey house for sale located in the Bulgarian countryside. The property is located in a village just 20 km away from the town of Sredets and 50 km away from Burgas and the Black Sea coast.
The property consists of a newly built 2-storey house with total living area of 200 sq.m. and a large spacious garden with area of 2150 sq.m. The property is situated on a hill at the end of the village which allows for some really opened nice views towards the surrounding hills and forests.
The living area is distributed as follows :
