This is a plot of 33 434 sq.m first category agricultural land situated in perfect location some 38 km from the city of Bourgas.
There are only 350 m from the main road Yambol - Bourgas. The road to the plot itself is tarmac road nearly as good as asphalt. Electricity (220 volts) is already established.
The lake was used for irrigating fields around (more than few thousands square meters) so it is quite big. Its longest side is about 3 km long.
The plot is on the shore of the lake. The shape of the plot is nearly rectangular so it is very appropriate for building. If you want to build your own house on this lovely parcel there won’t be a problem with changing the status of the land from agricultural to a land with permission for building.
The area is really nice and well preserved with great views towards the hills in the distance. There is a lot of fish in the lake as it use to be one of the top places in the region for fishing.
