This is a plot of land located at the very end of a big well organized village in Yambol area about 60 km far from the sea. The hamlet lies on the main road from Yambol to Burgas city. It is close to a river and a lake good for fishing. The region is mainly plain with lots of woods and perfect conditions for hunting.
The village is less than half an hour driving to the district center of Yambol where all necessary amenities are available. The village itself have shops that supply with main products, medical service, post office, police, regular bus, school and library. There are around 400 permanent residents including foreigners.
