• 60% as a first installment
• 30% second installment after the concrete plate
• 10% after finishing the building
If you conclude contract before 01.03.2008 you will get a discount of 3% from the price of the property!
Scheme 3:
• 90 % as a first installment
• 10 % after finishing the building.
If you conclude a contract before 01.03.2008 you will get a discount of 5% from the price of the property!
