The house we suggest you could be easily rent out the once being renovated. It is two storey with four rooms. On each storey there are two rooms and a small corridor. External staircase leads to the upper floor. Water and electricity are available in the property and telephone line could also be installed upon your request.
Right next to the house there is a shelter that could turn into a barbecue area. The garden that goes with the house is 800 sq m and it’s pretty enough if you wish to have a pool too.
The house benefits from its perfect location – in the middle of a pretty village at the foot of the beautiful Pirin Mountain. The village is also in the immediate proximity of Sandanski which is one of the best Bulgarian spa resorts. The area itself is famous not only for great number of thermal springs but also for its lovely nature and mild climate. The Greek border is less than an hour driving away.
