The property is situated in a small village lying in a plain area only 20 km from the town of Karnobat. The village is also close to the highway reaching the city of Burgas and the sea. The distance to the district center is about 65 km. Despite being small the settlement where the property is has shops, post office, medical service and regular bus to Karnobat.
The property is situated not far from the centre of the village – approximately 500 m away. It is easy accessible through gravel road all the year and provides privacy and peace. There is a Bulgaria and English family neighbouring to the property.
The house is solid two storey with 130 sq m total living area distributed between six rooms. On each floor there are three rooms and external staircase leads to the upper floor.
