We offer our customers a big three storey house that provides 120 sq m living area which is distributed between the three floors. The building is solid built with concrete slates. It has 5 rooms, terraces, bathroom and toilet.
The house is in good condition and needs some minor repairs to turn into a nice holiday villa. Any assistance for the renovation work could be provided by us and we have big experience in that. The property benefits from its big garden which is 1800 sq m and could be used for many purposes like cultivating plants or building a swimming pool. Reaching the property is very easy as it is accessible though asphalt road. It is situated at the end of a well organized village on the main road from Yambol to Burgas city. There is a forest next to the village and the house offers lovely view of it. The area is a nice and peaceful one with excellent possibilities for fishing, hunting and riding. The village is some 25 km far from the city of Yambol and less than an hour driving to the sea.
