We offer you one storey house with a basement and summer kitchen together with 1360 sq m garden. The property is situated in the courtside of Yambol 16 km away from the city close to the Valley of Tundzha River! The village where the property lies is well organized with shops and cafes. There are three foreign families permanently living there.
The area is nice and peaceful with unspoiled nature, fresh air and good conditions for fishing, hunting and walks. There are several lakes nearby.
The house is currently inhabited but needs repairs like building inner bathroom/WC and some refreshment. Electricity and running water are available. Telephone line could be installed upon your request. There are three rooms – two of them used as bedrooms; the toilet is outside. Right next to the main building there are some farm structures and a summer kitchen.
