This one storey house is situated in the courtside of Yambol approximately 16 km from the city! The village is well organized with shops and cafes and around 350 permanent residents. There are three foreign families living there too.
The area is nice and peaceful with unspoiled nature, fresh air and good conditions for fishing, hunting and walks. There are several lakes nearby. The seaside and the city of Burgas are about 85 km away.
The house we suggest you has three rooms – two of them used as bedrooms. The total living area is 65 sq m. Right next to the main building there are some farm structures and the garden spreads over 1000 sq m.
The house has been recently inhabited but needs repairs like building inner bathroom/WC and some refreshment. Electricity and running water are available. Telephone line could be installed upon your request.
