We present a cheap rural property situated in a big village near the town of Vratza. The village has about 800 inhabitants: it has shops, cafes, a pub, post office and medical service. The nearest airport at Sofia is at less than 2 hours drive. Rail Station is 30 km away. The settlement is 28 km away from Vratza. The surrounding area offers good opportunities for fishing and hunting.
The house we offer is two storey with about 80 sq m total living area. It has 2 rooms and a cellar on the ground floor. External staircase leads to the second floor with two bedrooms and cellar. The house is supplied with electricity and water but inner bathroom and toiler need to be built.
