This is a two storey rural house situated in the central part of North Bulgaria some 45 km away from the town of Veliko Turnovo. This is a small village but it’s nice and quiet with good opportunities for fishing as there is a dam lake right next to it. There are about 730 permanent residents in the settlement. The village has shops, medical service and regular transport. All necessary amenities are available in the nearest town of Byala that is some 12 km away.
The house we offer in good condition and needs only refreshment. 140 sq m total living area is distributed between two floors connected with external staircase. On each floor there are three middle sized rooms. The house is supplied with electricity and water. There is inner bathroom and toilet. The garden included in the property is 1000 sq m and it’s big enough in case you wish to build a garage or barbecue area. The well in the yard could be used for irrigation.
Despite being small the village is attractive for investments. There are already 10 houses sold to foreigners.
