This is a traditional rural house situated in a big well organized village some 25 km from Veliko Turnovo. The house is two storey and it’s currently not inhabited. The first floor has two rooms – one is bedroom and the other one is living room with fireplace. From the living room there is an access to the basement. External staircase leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms and corridor. On the same floor is the bathroom/WC. The toilet is supplied with septic tank. The house has electricity, water and telephone line. Next to the main building there is a summer kitchen with fireplace and a farm building both in need of renovation. External toilet is also available. The garden is 1450 sq m planted with fruit trees. A well with drinking water goes in the property too.
The whole property is surrounded with solid stone fence.
The village where the property is located has a great potential for further development and looks a lovely place for holidays and permanent living. There is mineral water in the settlement, a health center and a pool with mineral water. Soon a luxurious spa resort will be built in the village.
