Well kept rural house is situated just a few kilometers away from the charming historical town of Veliko Turnovo and close to the hills of the Stara Planina Mountain. It is the perfect place to have a lovely holiday and feel completely rested. The area is good for fishing as there are lots of rivers surrounding the village. Veliko Turnovo is a preferable tourist destination as well as the ancient Roman town of Nikopolis ad Istrum.
The property consists of a one storey house and a spacious garden of 1350 sq m. The house is well maintained and needs just slight refreshment. There are five rooms and summer kitchen all spreading over 120 sq m living area. Electricity, water and telephone line are available. The bathroom and the toilet are outside but inner ones could easily be built. The garden is well maintained and supplied with a well for irrigation.
