The property is situated near the town of Karnobat; only 3 km far from the highway reaching the sea and about 50 km from the district center of Burgas. The area is very well developed and gives opportunities for fishing and hunting. The nearest International Airport is less than half an hour driving and there is a spa resort not far from the village.
