The house we suggest you is a brick built one storey building situated at the end of a small village near the town of Karnobat. The settlement is close to the main road E773 reaching Burgas and the sea. The area is good for fishing and hunting. There is a large lake very close to the village and a river passing by.
The total size of the garden included in the property is 1000 sq m – quite enough if you wish to have some extra structures or cultivate plants. The house offer approximately 60 sq m living area distributed between three rooms.
The house requires renovation and building inner bathroom and toilet as the existing ones are outside. Running water and electricity are available. Next to house there is a farm structure of 150 sq m that could be renovated too and turned into guest house or summer kitchen.
